Rustic elegance is the best way to describe this one of a kind home. High vaulted ceilings, huge wood burning fireplace, large game room along with themed bedrooms set this home apart from the rest. Outside, there are 3 huge decks with lots of patio furniture and is a favorite place to visit. (On a dark night you can even watch a satellite go across the sky.)
There is a short walk (1 minute) down to the water. The marina is just across the cove where you can rent party barge or ski boat. Watch for white tail deer to cross the lawn in the early morning or at twilight. Come to a place where the world turns slower and life is simple.

Summary: Wonderful experience!! Plenty of activities for all ages. Boating, kayaking, swimming, nature walks, etc. Family group of about 26 enjoyed every inch of the spacious property and lake. Owner is very accommodating and answered all our questions very timely.

Summary: This was the 3rd year we have stayed at The Lodge and each year has been better than the last. Our ages range from 65 all the way to 4 months and it’s enjoyable for all. The location and home are absolutely beautiful and fully stocked, you will lack nothing. We make the best memories here and are already looking forward to next time!

Summary: The house was beautiful everything was described just like it was. We had a family of 14 still have plenty a room best kitchen that we have stayed at so far had everything that we needed. We had a fantastic time we will definitely be coming back.

Summary: Beautiful house, great location, --once you get there. The road is steep and winding. I would recommend driving a truck if that is an option. Other than that, this place is fantastic. We will be back!

Summary: A group of parents and teens took a getaway to celebrate graduation. This home had everything!! It was absolutely set up to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle. Tenkiller Lake was beautiful and the water so clean. The owners of this home were welcoming and helpful in getting settled. All I say is the pictures don’t tell the whole story. I was in Awe from the moment I walked in. They have a book that tells the story of the house. I encourage you to read it when you stay. Memories were made and we will definitely return.

Summary: This is our second time to visit the Lodge, we love the secluded area, lake front view and the great host Randy. The house is well stocked in every way, plenty of cookware, cups linens etc. Highly recommend!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Stray horn lodge!! The owner Randal was very helpful. The home is absolutely stunning!! The kids loved the kayaks!! The no wifil was shocking to the kids at first but with in no time, the dominoe games were going, the pool tournaments being played!! Everything is there you possibly need to, down to sippy cups for the littlest guests!! Highly recommend this family home to others!!

Summary: The pictures don't do this property justice. This place exceeded expectations. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The lodge and the property was perfect for our family get together. It is fully equipped well furnished and very spacious. Highly recommend this location if your looking a place to relax.
